how do the agents come up with the prices of the girls, i mean its rather subjective , i see some hot chicks that cost less than the most expensive ones, just curious how they rate the girls, do the girls have a say in this for example she rather have like a shitload of work if she is cheaper, any thoughts?

there is no science to it. sometimes based on the agent's reputation, sometimes based on the girl's quality or level of service.

I Agree with Dabest but I think it also depends on where they are from Example Japanese girls and some Korean girls cost more.

One thing is for sure though. It does not mean that when you pay more you get better service. Bro Blazza has gotten much better service at half the price of walkups as compared to HGs. Same rule applies when punting in China from my experience.

At times it may seem they're throwing at random numbers on a dartboard but there probably is some logic to the madness! HG's are obviously more expensive than 141 walkups due to needing to pay for hotel rooms in prime areas like TST, CWB and WC.

The KG's and JG's are more expensive than mainland HG's simply because of supply and demand. There are relatively few KG's and JG's so they are seen as more rare and "special" hence the 50-100% price premium for them. However, rather than providing above average service for the above average price most punters it seems have found they receive below average or even terrible service.

Although YMMV, your best source of information is still the reviews in this forum provided by the fellow members. The safest way of punting is to book a girl that has received a few positive reviews at least. The riskier version is to go where no man has gone before and choose someone there are no reviews on. Your subsequent review on this unearthed gem(or dud) will then be greatly appreciated by everyone on the forum

It also seems that speaking engilsh or at least advertising so leads to higher pricing.

JGs and KGs seem to mostly include english skills.

Ah to be able to speak chinese, there seems to be a whole nother world out there not open to non-speaking gweilos.

You don't really need to know the language in order to enjoy the hobby. Most of the time, you'll realize that being a gweilo doesn't really effect your punt.  of course there are the occasional girls here and there that refer to service a gweilo, but in that case, whether they speak english or not doesn't really matter.

I'm sure your right.  I have been with WGs in other countries that I can't speak with.  Good time, but always better with some communication.

I have only ever tried Hotel Reservation girls in HKG.  When I did, I thought that meant they would come to my hotel.

If the guy on the phone couldn't speak english, obviously no soup for me.

Only when I started reading the forum, did I understand HG concept.

Couldn't understand why I always had to pay cab fare?  Oh well
