#1 Post at 24-6-2010 10:09  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Playboy Club in Macau and new KTV at Hard Rock The new Playboy Club will be opened at the end of 2010 and will be located at the top floor of the Sands Hotel. Understand from sources that the management are recruiting Chinese models including some car show girls to be some of the bunnies. There would be gaming rooms and 'private entertainment VIP rooms' located in the club. Also, construction of a very high end KTV is being carried out at the City of Dreams. This would be the most luxurious KTV in Macau. Badly needed as the talent at Club Deluxe is slipping. Heard that the new Starworld Complex would also be having a high end KTV and sauna complex when it is completed early 2011. This has yet to be verified and I will check with some sources this weekend. Macau is moving into the ultra high end segment of mongering and these new venues will all be opened within a year. I think this was always on the cards and as gaming revenues hit record highs each month there is a need to service the high end punters. As I had mentioned before, the JAV girls at the Rockza Theatre at the Lisboa are available for the big whales and now they'll have some still competition with the Playboy Club if they gets these top end car models from China. The Playboy mansion was supposed to be built in the new Studio City site but since that hasn't got off the ground they have now shifted to the Sands.

The Playboy would be great but think the JAV actresses would have the upper hand in terms of service but would costs more. It's another tit for tat between the STDM and LVS. STDM has got the JAV starlets and LVS would have the Car Models. The two have been going at each other since the opening of the Sands in Macau. The COD opposite the Venetian is a case in point. The Venetian has the Cirque du Soleil and the COD (owned mainly by Stanley Ho's son) would soon be staging a more spectacular Cirque du Solieil. The Venetian has great convention facilities and the COD with the Grand Hyatt has even better convention facilities. Competition is good.

What the Venetian needs to do is segregate an area for these WGs where they can strut up and down like their counterparts at the Lisboa Ground floor. The area on the casino floor around the Roka and Morten's restaurant would be nice. In fact there was a proposal to make the Roka into a pole dancing bar but Sheldon would not have this. The culture must change at the Venetian if they want their WGs to grab the spotlight from the Lisboa girls. At the time they said it was due to world wide economic conditions. It was also China limiting the amount a time a person can enter Macau. They said it was too much expansion and over built. Early this year there was a several water shortage in Macau. They is still no real solution to the water shortage if they continue with all these new hotels. The LVS share was trading at US$150 in 2008 and went down to a low of US$3. The banks were also short of funds to borrow particularly to a company that had its share price fall by 95%. Construction has now resumed again. As for water shortages, there has not been any. There was a problem with the water quality 3 years ago and water coming out of the tap was a bit salty but now that situation has been resolved as China has allocated more water to Macau. The article from the Times I regret to inform you is utter nonsense. There was no water rationing at all. If anything, the Macau Govt would cut the water supply to the saunas first. There was never any danger of water rationing. It was just the Water Company run by a French group trying to raise the price for supplying water to all hotels. There was never any disruption and eventually the Govt stepped in and told the French to Fuc* off as it was just posturing by the French which amounted to nothing more than a shakedown. I would always go for freshness and China car models may not be as good in the sack but I'm sure they've never had 60 guys come in their mouth, their face and hair in 30 minutes.
