If you read down to the bottom of the posting you'll find out that this is a set-up by a spiteful ex-boyfriend.

There is also a poll which indicates that 2/3 of the readers admit visiting a prostitute, probably would be higher if they'd all answered honestly.

i saw this story on shanghai daily last year... its a BIG hoax from her jealous, ex b/f.... he is facing a fine and jail time...

i must admit, its a well thought up mythological plot to ruin his ex's rep.

Well given the choice and I were a woman, I would far prefer being "tarnished" than being forced to have sex with my step father, forced into prostitution, having unprotected sex and contracting aids!! Doh!

I absolutely agree with that notion.  Reputation being tarnished is nothing for a normal person.  It's not like she's a famous person that requires a good reputation to make a living.
