i forgot what street it was but it could be broadway or something. anyways the last time i was there i saw a lot of street walkers. i never picked up a street walker but if your into that maybe you can check it out. sf got some good strip clubs also with extras.

Not Broadway.  There are a series of corporatized, low yield strip clubs on Broadway but they're all owned by the same company and very formulaic.  You'll waste tons of dough there only to get blueballs and then be shot by an inebriated gang-banger as you leave the club.

The street scene is over in what's called the Tenderloin district: bring your own needle and heroin.   It's over between Market and Geary and Polk (they form a triangle) but mostly concentrated towards Polk and Turk/Eddy.  Be extremely cautious as there's lots of stings here.  On Market Street there are several strip clubs where you can negotiate serious extras (HJ, BJ, maybe FS) and the best clubs are in this neighborhood (Century on Larking and Mitchell Brothers on O'Farrell).  There's also several AMPS within walking distance and I suggest those over the Street Scene.  Watch out for the "girls" on Polk Street, they're most likely trannies, that's their stompinggrounds.

Still, it's best to read up a bit on Redbook.  Screw Erotic Review, it's overpriced and worthless and difficult to use.  SFRedbook.com is where you want to go.  They have a forum and ads for AMPS, Escorts, Rub and Tugs and a Street Scene forum as well.

Polk Street is pretty much translated to "pok gai" in Cantonese, which is what you you'll be when hanging around Polk Street.

Broadway Street has been passe for the last 20 years.  The days of the red-light district there with the Condor at Broadway and Columbus has looooong been gone.  Pretty much a touristy area now.

All the good massage parlors are gone as well, gone for 5 1/2 years now after Black Thursday.

The sex scene in SF is pretty much dominated by the private scene now, where girls advertise on redbook or craigslist.

Lots of variety and younger ones in San Jose (about 45 mins from SF) for AAMP

If you ever make it to the eastbay area, international blvd / e14 has tons all along.  be careful of stings though.
