It's probably some kind of Cantonese slang, because in Mandarin it has no sexual connotations. This is an HK board where the Chinese folks invariably speak Cantonese, not a China board, not a proper grammar board, so if the board is unreadable, well so be it.  The Taiwanese use Zhuyin for their Romanization learning and not the "standard" Pinyin, so who's to criticize.  China uses those simplified Communist characters while the rest of the Chinese world uses Traditional.  Hell, many Chinese think of Cantonese as just one big slang language.  The point is, there are many forms of Chinese, not just one universal form.

Take the term 'woody'.  For most Americans born in the U.S, it means a boner.  Well, where does that come from?  It comes from Woody Woodpecker, where pecker is a slang for penis.  But wait.  In other countries, a pecker is a slang for a hearing aid (IIRC).  And woody is a term for a type of car (I think) in the UK.
