I don't do any inspection. I've been mostly with thai girls who seldom have more than one customer a day. I guess, most of Thai  WGs don't even do 35 customers in a month. So they're fresher than the ones you've been seeing these last days and are less likely to have hygiene issues.

Thai people (and Thai ladies particularly) are pretty clean people because they shower several times a day. But I do ask the girls to take shower even when they say they've already taken one. I tell them "if you don't want to shower, I'm not going to shower neither", they will comply immediately. Actually, I'm more confident when DATYing a thai WG than I would be when DATYing a civilian chick I've just met in London or Paris hygiene-wise (not STD-wise). Because lots of civilian chicks do even shower on a daily basis.

I'm comfortable with these limits, so I don't worry about hygiene and getting grossed out because I know I'm not doing anything that I'd personally consider recklessly unsafe and unhygienic.

I never experienced bad hygiene with all the china girls. They seem pretty aware of things.

The most common complaints are:
1. Bad breath
2. Strange or "different" smell down there

Both of these are not necessarily due to bad hygiene or sickness, but probably more of a result of diet, or maybe even genetics.
