Do you even know that moderators have a fixed division(s) of the forum to moderate? Moderators are moderators, they do their job to make the forum the way it should, and cannot be compared with one another. Each section of the forum's activity varies and I think the most difficult one would be the HK reports section where new members dive straight in there and start posting all these irrelevant replies and one liners.
