Even if you're a landlord - actually innocent, but your tenant opens up shop and pays you your (letigimately market-rate) rent without telling you - you're innocent right? Wrong
LE can close your place for 6 months, you get nothing and can't use it, but still have to pay the mortgage.
That's why any decent lawyer will put in a clause forbidding you to use the premises for immoral purposes.
It's a very fuzzy part of the law, riddled with illogicalities, and (very evidently) enforced in a somewhat haphazard and unpredictable way.
