The punchline was hard to translate, I had to improvise so it's not as catchy as the way its put in Chinese.
(My chinese is 30% at best, please correct it if i misunderstood)

Ms Taiwan: Well, I can say that Male Organs in Taiwan are like Chen Shui Bian.

Obviously inadequate, but insists on completing. Then brags about it how great they were.
台灣小姐：明明不行，還要硬拗、賴皮逞強。
