If you were 20 again, what would you have done differently with your life?

When i start visiting WG i was close 30 .

This is such a loaded question.

Before I answer, there are a bunch of points we need to clarify:

1. How are you becoming 20 again?
   1. Time travel?
   2. Some magic rejuvenation?
   3. Transferring your mind into some you younger body?
   4. Some combination of these things?

1. If it is time travel:
   1. Do you remember everything that's going to happen between then and now? (odd grammar is always a consequence of time travel)
   2. Is it like the Life on Mars TV show?
   3. Or more like the Terminator movies?
   4. Or is all your memory erased back to when you really WERE 20? b.t.w we should ignore this case, since we can't observe time flowing in multiple directions anyway and for all we know we're flowing backwards and forwards all the time anyway, redoing thing without even knowing it. Regardless, since we wouldn't have any useful information back in our 20 year old bodies, it's not worth asking what we would do, since we wouldn't have any of the wisdom of the extra decades we've lived.
   5. Don't forget to take a look at the attached "Time Travel Cheat Sheet", when you mess with time travel you may end up going back further than you expect.
2. Magic rejuvenation:
   1. There's a new Disney movie out about this, 17 Again, I suggest watching it for ideas.
   2. I'm personally holding out hope that we'll have some significant bioengineering available in our lifetimes that could turn the clock back. But I'm not sure if I'd consider myself 20 again no matter how far the clock was dialed back.
3. Mind transference:
   1. I don't really think that being in a different body is the issue here, but rather it's whether it's young or not, and if you get a mulligan knowing all of recent history. None the less, Robert Shekley's first book, "Immortality Inc." explores this very well. Even if they botched the movie! (Which was Freejack)

So with all that as food for thought...

1. I think that my favorite scenario would be to go back in time to when I was 20 but with ALL the knowledge I have now. I ever got the chance to go for this option, then think that the world would be a considerably different place today. I know too much,and I have no compunction about changing the past. Ironically, that would probably make me evaporate in cloud of smoke or something, since I'd probably change the circumstances that would allow me to go back inthe first place, and create a paradox that would eat me up some how. None the less, I used to have a recurring dream that this did in fact happen and that the knowledge of my 30 year old brain got dumped into my 6 year old body. In my dream it took years to convince my father that we had to start a company called Microsoft, and hire some guy named Bill Gates to as a junior programmer.
2. Second choice would be the mind transference thing, but still getting to go back in time. Unfortunately, this has the same pesky evaporating into a puff of paradoxical smoke issues as option1.
3. Followed by the magic potion that rejuvenates my body today. I really think we'll get there in our lifetimes, at least in part, so you punters shouldn't spend all your money on hookers and booze, you're probably going to be "retired" for a VERY long time...
4. I don't think that I'd want to get transferred into someone else's body and wake up in the present or future, certainly not under the conditions in Shekley's book.

Did I answer the question? I suspect that this isn't what the original post was supposed to be about.

No, no regrets and I don't plan to go and do it all over again.  No point when I'm having so much fun ... and having my age wisdom in a 20 yo body would be seriously frustrating ... would come across as even more pompous than I already do!

back to a 20 year old would halve my age now but only give me an age advantage as im pretty good banging chicks now as i were 20 years ago

only drawback is i seem to remember i didnt have as much disposable cash to splash around on wgs as i 20 year old

I would choose a different career and heeded the advice most given out. Do something you like doing for a job not something you could be good at.

along the lines of what pokerboy said, i would have focused on earning more money at an earlier age.  i spent my 20s putzing around and didn't begin earning real money until my late 20s, early 30s.  WGs, amateurs, whoever.  with more money in my 20s, i would have gotten laid a helluva lot more at that time.

I'm completely opposite I would have focused less on making money more on enjoying life and stopped listening to my money mad dad alot earlier....

For the first seven years of my 20's I was either in school or doing nothing.  The last three years of my 20's I got a real job, that I still have.  Also, I never really thought that much of Chinese or Asian girls back then, not until I moved to San Francisco at the end of my 20's.  With that out of the way:

First I would have got my degree in International Relations.  The I would have traveled around Asia for 6 months, rather than Europe which I traveled around when I was done with school.  With my degree I would have moved to Singapore and got a job there and began a career.  I would travel about in Asia and on a trip I would have gone to Macau and met a girl named Fiona.  She would be beautiful and sweet, and we would have sex a lot, and I would love her.  We'd live in Singapore and then maybe move back to the US and later on we'd buy some property in Macau, on the island of Colaone.  And when we were there we'd have sex.

Since I can't go back however, I think things have turned out fine for me.  I just wish I'd have gone over to Asia sooner.

Funny, I thought you were really young. Aren't you the guy who was a virgin who had his cherry plucked by a HKWG last year.

It's nice reading up on alot of what you all have to say. I thought it'd all be about sex, but some of you have surprised me.

If I were 20 again and had all the kwowledge I possessed, I'd probably get a better job (so I can get more girls), and play a lot more i.e. sleep with a lot more girls(WG and freebies).

Use that experience for pure debauchery in others words
