Disagree - if each one is here for a month, that means on average it's one new one per day.   Even if a lot of them bomb, and the average is 2 weeks, that's still 2 perday.

This is quite the interesting topic that comes across my mind every so often.

First off:

Back on topic:

Working in the sex trade tourist industry is pretty secretive and is very much structured like an organization.

You have the local snake head (mini pimp) recruiting the girls in the PRC area.  These guys are the ones that organizes, hires, subcontracts the photo shoots, does the travel Visas and possibly bring them down to HK.  In return they get a nominal cut off each girl - I think the amount varies.  Usually these snake heads would know the girl quite well either a family friend, friend of a friend or is from the same village / province as them.  Hell these guys maybe get the superfirst dibs on the fresh village farm girls just to test them out to see if they are fit for the trade.

Then when you get to the HK side, there's the local agent/papa/mama working for "the company". These are the people that deal with you when you call in for the order. I think they are the ones that deal with renting out the hotel rooms, coordinating all the logistics and scheduling to properly run the business. In return the agent (the company) get's half of the going girl's rate.

When they say "oh they are sleeping or oh they haven't done make up yet" - I would like to think its just their way to answer to you that they are really not ready yet and not because they were just banging the girl. Cause if you come to think about it from the girl's perspective, if you bang your own agent/pimp/whatever its like banging your own boss on the job.  And in this instance banging your own boss doesn't really get you anywhere / anything unless your pimp pays you.  Granted most of us blokes probably dreamed about banging our coworker/boss/secretary, I would think given the circumstances and the field of work theses girls would probably limit the times they bang.  Even if you were an agent, getting first dibs would be sweet but I dunno if I would bang the girl knowing that she is tired and just served her Nth customer on the last leg of her trip.

So in conclusion I think the topic is rather subjective, I would like to think that the girls didn't bang their pimps but in all honestly no one knows!

i think pimps are still regular guys that get horny.  perhaps being in contact with these girls everyday...they might even be horny all the time...or the opposite.  given their job...i'm sure they would see it as an added "turn on" and "perk" to sample their new talents first.
