just thinking, those bros punting back during SARS, do you remember if hotel res or walk up business was bad?  for those who managed to get a wg, did you guys have to wear those masks?  i wasn't here in Asia during SARS, but heard from buddies that they had to wear masks everywhere and the malls and streets were quiet.

I remember during SARS the girls in the brothels in mong kok never wore masks. Maybe they did on the streets but not when they came up to the room.

during sars i was still picking up freelancers in wan chai or taking home bar girls. i knew about walkups but couldn't really ask my mates to tell me where they were. so 141 scene (161, actually was my initiation) really has been a god send. from a very liberal god, kwekwekwe.
anyway, the girls didn't wear masks, though were scared shitless. i don't know about the peak of sars, when there were almost daily reports of fatalities. even i was too shit scared to go get it on with strangers at that point.
