What do you do to booster your sexual performance?

Have been working for 3 years and recently find that my sexual performance is getting worse
tried some health products recommended by my fds
doesn't work

What would you guys do when sexual performance is not desired?

Agree mostly; Exercise and if required, blue pills.

I don't agree with Red Bull (or caffein) though. But maybe that's personal. I do love my energy drinks, but the caffein high often wears out after 15~20 minutes ... and then I fall in a dull no-energy state, which is the opposite of what I want.

So Generally I try not to rely on caffein too much and instead, indeed, focus on cardio & muscles during workout.

(also minor side item, there's a type of girl for every type of guy; not all girls like guys going on for hours. Sexual performance isn't just about stamina and power; it's also about skill, like understanding what the girl enjoys and doing the right things at the right time. It's not about drilling for oil ... )

It's normal that your sex life can occasionally suffer a setback. We're average guys, but not sex machines. Don't worry about it.

Before answering your question, what sexual performance you're talking about? For examples, get an erection, hold an ejaculation, meet the demand of your partner, etc. Besides, there are many factors affecting the sexual performance. If the problems are related to psychology, you'll try relaxing and taking things slow. Do you know your sensitive zone? Ask your partner to stimulate this zone during foreplay. Talking about your fantasies will also work. Will you turn on if your partner wears sexy costume? Watching porn together will work too.

Avoid really fatty foods since the cock needs a good blood supply to get hard. Said this before, cut down on your porn habits. I still get erections in the morning even though I am in my early 50's. More exercise and far less caffeine. This then helps me to relax and then the psychological "why I cannot get hard" is not there.

I think that's the key.

I've never had any issues with regular girls not even at my age. There's chemistry, and build up and it feels right.

With WG it always seems so mechanical and abrupt.

What improved my sexual performance is quite simple: doing sets of push-ups and abs regularly 2-3 times every week for one year. My stamina during sex has greatly improved since.
