They even make tour, visiting say, USA to take customers' measurement then have shit/shirt made and delivered by mail/UPS/Fedx two places are Thailand and HK. Somehow I feel these two places are where white people go to when it comes to vocation in Asia. Thus, cheaper suits and shirts, as compared to Western world, do attract some business. When there is business, many jump  in, when there are too many, they stand on street to lure customers.
