Good friend is going to Hong Kong and asked me about different sizes of Condom in HKG.  He said the last time there (10 years ago) and found a couple of Durex a tag too small for him, he also tried one that the box (forgot brand)Stated "XL" and it's a tag too big.....LOL.  As mine is not long or big, I normally just get any Durex at the airport 7 Eleven...technically whatever it's on sale , so I don't have an answer for him.  Anyone can recommend some brand/model?  

He is flying with the wife so buying in his hometown before flying is "No Go".

Thoughts?

go to any of the adult shops, they have a huge range of doms to chose from …

~ Freelancer:  Buying from home and bring it over will be bad choice cos the wife is flying with him and she used Birth control Pills few year now.  Having condoms in the luggage is asking for shit at the wrong time LOL.

Thank you Kaka but Online and ship to Hotel LOL?  That wouldn't work cos the wife will be there.  Any Bro can throw a few brands & models that's slightly bigger than a regular Durex condom?  I guess he will be better off buying 4-5 different ones in pack of 3s and try it when he get a chance before heading to Fuji.  Without a starting point he might need to buy more than 10 different pack before he hit bingo.

It's interesting how some of the condom I see in Hong Kong and Macau are extremely small and tight, never seen these anywhere else.  Some look almost like finger condoms.

In the HK market, I think there is a local regulation that requires some sort of measurement to be stated on the box.

For average-sized condoms, the box would state the width of the condom in mm. I think the range for average condoms was somewhere from 49mm - 54mm. Be careful, this definition of 'width' is not the diameter of the condom in a circle but the width of a condom that is laid down flat on a flat surface.

For the big-sized condoms, the measurements would be even more detailed, ie the actual length and diameter of the condom in mm would be printed on the 12 pack boxes.

If you can, find a sex shop for best selection otherwise you can stick with going to the pharmacies and reading the boxes.


I wish the USA had a similar regulation with regards to some kind of measurements to allow comparison of brands and styles. So many of the condoms here are sold only in the 12 pc boxes which makes it quite expensive to be trying out different condoms to find which one fits best.


PS: I guess you can also ask the experienced expats at the Wanchai bars about which brands and styles to buy.
