Sex shops around TST East have wide selections, Taobao if you really want the cheap stuff but quality is rather important when dealing with things that go in there IMO...

Temple Street night market for the cheapest stock. However, if you want to use it more than a few times then you should rather buy a quality one

just below YMT car Park on Shanghai street there are hawkers selling them even during daytime, large cart load of almost everything
