My Penis was itchy, then it became painful to pee..

Visited a HG, 2 weekly later my penis head and its opening suddenly feels really itchy.

I check it there is nothing growing on my little brother, but it's just itchy and annoying.
After a few days, I realize it become painful to pee. The pain seems to come from my urethra near the opening.

Panic, I immediately schedule for a doctor appointment. However when it's the day of the appointment, the pain has mostly subsided. Doctor took my urine and blood for some testing of STD: AIDS, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorhea and other.

I waited two weeks for my test, it came back negative. Not even any trace of bacteria can be cultured from my urine.

Phew....

Over the weeks my pain mostly gone but it come back from time to time. My muscles around my groin also felt quite tense and sore. I can feel uncomfortable around my groom area but not too much.

Doctor says it could be prostatitis. But he can't be very sure. Gave me a prescription.

Any brother has similar experience?

Stinkyfeet: no I don't have any discharge. Tested and confirmed not chlamydia.

I had unprotected oral sex with the HG though. Probably some bacteria went down the urethra and get to my prostate?

It's still itchy and a little pain from time to time now, but not constantly.

Had the same several years ago...from an HG.  Did all the tests and all came back negative...same as you...no trace of bacterial infection.  Did take the prescription the doc gave and it went away.  Read somewhere that sometimes it happens that your penis just doesn't like the saliva of certain girls...whatever!!  Who knows?

Anyway...after that was WAY more careful of who I received a BBBJ from.

When we stick our dicks into enough holes unprotected....something will eventually happen...just saying.

There are "other" things.  These symptoms all fall under the category of non-gonococal urethritis.  Chlamydia is the most common but there is also ureaplasma, mycoplasma, trichomonis, etc.  Just because you didn't culture something doesn't mean you don't have it either.

The typical advice it to just treat for everything.  1 gram of azithromycin or 1 week of doxycycline 100mg twice daily gets the common things.   For trichonmonas you need metronidazole.

Symptoms can persist for weeks after you clear the infection as well...so sometimes it's hard to know if it is gone.   Do not listen your doctor and think you are clean just because the tests were negative.  I've had this happen a couple of times before, always from BBBJ.  My advice, take a good course of antibiotics, avoid ALL sexual activities until you are better.  The worst is if you infect a regular, then you juts pass it back and forth until the end of time and have to decide to tell her or to suggest she takes a course of antibiotics for her cold.

If you are a doctor your advise would be to go in for a check up and tests instead of giving advise over the internet !
Clueless people gives advise to clueless people
