Hey Guys, I'm heading to Angeles in December and I heard there are no more barfine/party animal.  Has anyone been there recently and have any news? Bar fines are still alive in Angeles and are getting expensive.  It's rare to find anything less than 2000 and they go all the way up to 3000.
