They've said this is going to be for most In Hotel KTV's and also the local bars and night clubs. The girls are still a little scared to come back straight away. The industry won't be back in full swing like it was until about  may. If you need a contact for private service a PM is in order. Yes, I heard the same for March 1, most places will open.  Most places will ONLY offer veggie stuff for saunas. For KTV's, no FS ( no takeout ). If they have FS available at KTV's or saunas, I would take precautions.  The crackdown is NOT over.  Places that will be opened for business or  passed inspections, or gotten new licenses, or paid off somebody but these are just speculations by me. Now this is Beijing that is watching. It is not the locals or province police. I heard and read, late May is more of a realistic date ( full swing ).  Remember prostitution is illegal in China,  sorry to be pessimistic.
