Bros,

I saw this news report in one of the free hk daily newspapers, Sharp Daily.

The printed report has a screen shot of a page from the 141 database, which caught my eye.
This link goes to a video report from the same story.

Can someone watch the video and explain what it is about, and if it is likely there will be any crackdown , or ramifications for punters?

Seems in Mongkok or Sham shui Po...

The vid looks unrelated, hk secretary of commerce is retiring but will serve the UN in an advisory role of consumerism in their usual baby like story telling manner
