I leave the discussions to be carried over by the forumers. In my view, I find HK women to be more promiscuous even if they are attached / married / in a relationship with their partners. This is not just some random thought out of the thin air but having mingled with women in HK both on and off work , I find them to be willing partners to have a fling .

I dont report much as many of the bros here do for one main reason. I am not interested in charging up my RA and don't need to - so I am taking it as slow and steadily as possible. As for reporting, I have reported a few -  Angel and Flora of Kam Bong as recent as in the last 6 months

1. Japanese (most)
2. Singaporean
3. Hong kong
4. Thai
5. Mainland

While there may be some debate as to what kind of girls are more promiscuious than others, I think there is really little to no debate that as long as a man has a chance of getting away with it and pulling it off without consequences, he will be promiscuious....eventually.

Stinger dont know about the industrialization theory as i said it is based on communication and experience. Japan during the times I've been there has been a hot bed of promiscuity. Having a bf has not been an impediment for many girls to go out and enjoy themselves. In many ways its also a country where I've been surprised at how often non-wgs are prepared to go bbfs.

China maybe as i dont speak mando (btw i do speak japanese and am asian) is tough to strike a balance. One place i forgot to add was taiwan where i have had some lucky streaks. As a student in the US i found singapore girls more open and prepared to party and have fun than Chinese or other S E asian nationalities. ReL thai girls i've found mpre traditional. Friendly yes. Good for a date, but never got near homebase unless they were wgs

What is the comparisons - my Experiance with HK girls is that I did steel my SO off her then bf but it would hardly all her promiscuous.

When in the uk the Asian girls ie Indian / Pakistani with bf were quite open for a bit ofoff the books shagging. Especially where engaged to older or arranged guys.

You always had to be careful as they usually have a couple of brothers and cousins who keep watch.

I think it matters what you are as well. Are you caucasian? asian? I personally think that makes a big difference, but I cannot confirm that. I know for the few times that I've been to China in the past, I really cannot say if women are promiscuious or not. Hong Kong, I have very limited experience as well.

However, I really would put the race thing out there as a possible reason. Any thoughts?

I think you have come to the wrong conclusions thinking HK girls are more promiscuous because they are willing to sleep with you though they are in a relationship/attached/married.

It is more like that you are able to sleep with these HK girls because these girls are Unhappy with their current relationships and were already interested in getting into a new relationship. HK girls do not like to break up with current hubby/bf until they have a confirmed new bf relationship already set up. No period of being single for these girls.

doghead makes a good point about the cultural norms and acceptable behaviors.  Most Hk girls I have known tend to be like spiderman.  They don't drop the left hand web until they've already latched onto the right hand web. N. Am asian girls on the other hand tend to make it like the biggest scene in the world telling their whole world and all their friends for the next 5 months like they need a stage to announce to the world she's going to break up with you and then it's poor me and he's an ass trying to get sympathy and attention from the whole world rather than actually wanting a bf in the first place.  Course, anyone crazy enough to listen to her story after all her friends are sick of it, can easily get in her pants but do you REALLY want to?!?!?

I also find HK girls more approachable than the N. American counterparts.  A HK girl might even initiate the contact or be outright and just giggle and say something like "do you want to?"  I find the N. American asian women will do the same but usually it's a "Hiiii!!  whhhaaaat aaaaaare you dooooooinnnnng?" They are essentiallly saying the same thing..just one is easier to understand than the other for a neanderthal like myself.  So it may seem that Hk girls are more promisicious because of the interpretation but I don't think that is necessarily the case.

The other thing which may make HK girls seem more promiscious is just the random chance encounter effect. The sheer numbers of people per sq foot in HK (plus the fact the ones that are looking to fuck all hang around the same areas LKF, TST, etc) means you will have more opportunities for meeting someone that'll readily fuck you compared to a lower density country.

From my limited experience, I would say Hong Kong!
