yes they are;

after sulasno was granted Mod's status, it was no longer suitable for sulasno to post and have announced somewhere it the forum that when sulasno888 is posting, he is posting not as a mod;

However since both sulasno and sulasno888 got no direct access to this forum, and it is troublesome to login and out, both felt that sulasno will post regardless of whether in Mod mode or not; and this have lead to many misunderstandings.
