Steve Jobs dies at 56

The creator of Apple just died at the age of 56 a day after the release of iPhone 4s.
I sure Apple fanatics are saddened by this development.
Whats could be the future of Apple w/o this creative genius that defied everything just to see his visions come true?

Although I am not a big fan of apple and all its restrictions when it comes to the Tablet PC's and iPhone lines.  Steve Jobs with his innovation played a big role in the technology we have today by keeping Apples competitors working hard around the clock to keep up.

With apples release of the iPhone 4s although not much has changed from the reg iPhone 4  (Which is very apple like) in the coming months we will see if new CEO will be able to bring the ideas that Jobs has apparently left behind to life in a timely matter.

Non the less,  Thank you for the ideas Steve Jobs and RIP!

I think part of the reason why Apple delays got 16 months for Iphone 4S was because Mr.Jobs was sick, but all things go to an end someday. Hope he can find his peace now, he had longtime illness which i would not wish to anyone. RIP Steve, you will be missed.

iPhone 5 could have been Steve Job's farewell gift to the world but sad to say he just left us with the iPhone 4s.

Now, its up to Tim Cook to continue Job's legacy and prove to the world that he is capable of filling up the vacancy left by the GREAT STEVE JOBS.

The delays for Iphone4s was because Apple got into a legal battle with samsung over patens for tablets and smart phones.

Truly a man of vision and an extraordinary scientist that helped revolutionized our dependance on technology, I'm sure most of us would agree if we were able to achieve even half as much as he did in his lifetime, we'd be happy. Condolences the the Jobs family.

I am not a huge Steve Jobs fan, certainly not the fanboi type that many seem to be.

Apple under Jobs has done amazingly well, but you have to remember that much of what they did wasn't original, it was just "well done".  PC?  Ask IBM.   GUI interface?  Ask Xerox.  MP3 Player?  Look back through history all the way back to the original Sony Walkman.   I could go on.  Safe to say that Apple under Jobs was amazingly good at taking what was an already good idea and turning it into a great branded product.  The cult of Apple assured that this was perpetuated.

Sadly, I see the post Jobs Apple rapidly declining.  Without his ability to turn coal into diamonds, the company will very likely lose it's way over time, and slide back to being the also ran it was while Jobs was away last time.

RIP Steve Jobs... you done good, now take a break.
