I also know a friend who owns and runs serviced aparemnts in Sheung Wan/Sai Wan area, to be honest I don't know the exact locations... I've heard about, but not from a realiable source that there are serviced aparements at residences above Elements the mall, which is above the Kowloon train station... That's all I know...you are going to have to digg around a bit yourself...

I just wanted to see whats available. I'm looking at a 300-700sq ft and around 15k-20k HKD/month. I'll check up on all the links you guys provided. Thanks a lot!

On the flip side, unless you have been here for a while and know the market, it can be hard not to have an agent. It really is better to be on the ground and looking.  So you know how far you are from the MTR, from groceries, from a gym, the bars, and so on.

I still prefer to live somewhere near central and where it is more convenient, but it seems like serviced apartments are small and expensive. I might try to look for some furnished apartments. Seems like its much cheaper, but its not as luxurious and have to clean up after myself
