I've read recently that some foreign financial service companies are relocating to Singapore because the expats don't want their kids to breathe the air here. How much of the pollution here is local? - or is most of it blown down from the Mainland. I also have to travel to GZ and beyond and most of GD province seems bad. I guess higher areas like the Pek might be better and non-business areas like Repulse Bay facing the sea.
