Why would a good looking, mid 20s, normal personality, you would never think prostitute of a WG, without any drug addictions/gambling/drinking problems etc, have trouble quitting her job?
You're generalising
and my hunch is you're in love with a specific girl and wondering why she chooses the work ...
Fact is girls do quit, actually the vast majority of them quit. That much is obvious simply by looking at the demographic and age distribution: if they all stayed on, you would see an equal number of WGs at every age bracket, which we don't. The majority of girls are young and good-looking, so totally obviously, the majority of young and good-looking girls do quit.
But given the social and safety pressures against becoming a WG in the first place it's obvious they have sufficient independent thinking to do their own thing regardless of what friends and family think of their choice. That means it's reasonable to assume they quit when it's convenient to them, not when a customer or friend pressures them to.
Does that theory hold up in practice? You bet: I personally know some girls who quit ... two in particular that I miss
The sane stable ones do the work with a goal in mind. They want a big income with lots of time freedom. Many of them have a specific goal in mind, to buy a house or a shop, or go somewhere else to live. And many of them happen to like the power their sexuality gives them over men who want their body.
You can find other specific tales about girls who moved on, deep in the Reports section ...
So, if as I surmise you are trying to form a relationship with a WG, you'd do well to read the non-verbal communication: she doesn't want you, and only wants your money as a customer. All her stories are merely designed to get your sympathy and attention (and more of your money).
Pay her if you want her.
Or if she's leaving you feeling hurt or confused, move on. Find another girl, who does want you.
