Gyms in Mong Kok

Hi guys, I will be in HK for a few nights, I was wondering if there are any gyms where I can pay casually and how much?

there's two California Fitness centers in MK.  You probably could get a free one-week guest pass by saying that you're trying out the gym.  Also, as mentioned in another thread, if you're from the USA and have a 24-Hour Fitness membership, this will work for California Fitness.

they also have specials so get them to give you a discount or deal for signing up! they are typically advertised in the hotels so they may have some arrangement for a discount
