My question is this, what websites are there in HK where I can see how much properties are let out for? As I'm yet again delaying a move to HK for another year namely because I got a fairly shitty yet well paying job recently. Therefore me 700sq ft home (you can probably guess how I got a hold of it) with parking space is going to be left empty, which is a bloody big waste. You can basically retire.  The condo are so expensive that majority of hk'er wont be able to afford it, not in their life time. Many are force to rent for life. Im current renting out a condo in HK( gift from my grandma )and its a old building but still demands a great a deal of $$. Not a lot but its helps out a lot. Espcially when my career isnt going well.
