If English is listed, it could mean only a few words at most. Don't expect them to hold a conversation.  You might find someone under "Review" in the Database for someone speaking better English but highly unlikely. (we have normally 40-45 mins then why they are in hurry and make it finish in 15 min? this i wanted to explain but I could not make her understand, and got very bad experience.) this is reason i m looking for English speaking one.

For Japanese girls on sex141, if they are real Japanese girls, they are more likely to speak better English. The best experience I ever had, was in a sauna in Xiamen, and she didn't speak a word of English. But then again, I visit WG's for action. Everything else can be accomplished with hand gestures.... Sometimes, it's actually kind of fun playing charades...

Not much time to talk so you had better get down to the action as soon as you step into the room. If you are getting a KTV girl in China or Macau for an overnight session, language would definitely enhance the experience.

You could ask for their phone and qq number to keep in touch.  If I like the girl after the first time around, I like to do her again. It's going to almost impossible to do this if she doesn't speak English and you don't know a word of Chinese. So it better to learn some ( Chinese ) preferably Mandarin.   The bad thing most of these girls are only in the business a very short time.
