Chinese coal-mining city is world's most polluted

I came across this fascinating story on the Chinese city of Linfen, "The most polluted city in the world". The city of Linfen in Shanxi province, has a permanent toxic smog hovering over the city. Air quality there is the equivalent of smoking three packs of cigarettes a day.

Shanxi is the Coal capital and also some of the richest people in China are coal magnates. You will find a lot of news on these coal magnates and their families and how extravagant their lifestyles are.

And if I add 1 more pack of cigarettes to my daily intake, I would know what its like to live in Shanxi!.. Lol
