Taylor's lawyer, however, will claim that he never had sex with the girl, a requisite for a rape conviction in New York State, the source said. Personally I don't know this guy or even follow American sports, but I think the intense media speculation and money means that we'll never get the full story. I wouldn't be surprised however if the girl involved saw a big payday opportunity and is just cashing in. Taylor was extremely foolish to put himself in this position, if his prediliction is for young women, then there are plenty of 18+ WG out there willing to pretend otherwise.
