I would like to pay tribute to posters who I think of as being "Journeyman" posters.

These are posters who, for whatever reasons, really do not have any opportunities to make any actual "field" reports - and thus do whatever is needed - AND PROPER - to get post credits.

To me, these Journeyman posters are the "Salt and Pepper" that actually makes our forum that much tastier!

I will try to outline why it is sometimes NOT possible for some of our members to actually have field reports:

- Do not monger whilst at home grounds
- Still afraid to monger - yet - and reading our forum to get pointers.
- Live in localities where Mongering is illegal and the laws strictly enforced.
- Even like me - who mongers primarily in China where prostitution is still very much illegal;  I always wonder how I can actually make "useful" reports with all the details, contacts etc when I worry that doing so may bring the LE into the picture, or worse, ruin the rest of a gal's life, when I know very well that most WG's in China only do this job to get a heads-up to start "another" life.
- Lack of funds
- Not very good English writer
- Newby still trying to "test out" the waters here.
etc etc

Anyway, not being able to post actual field reports, our journeyman posters usually makes comments on other's threads, create discussions (even little quarrels!), provide further information etc and makes all of our threads that more interesting.

And BTW - a little tip for the journeyman posters.

IMHO, the best "method" for any member to start to get "involved" in the going ons in sex141, is to always look at "new Posts" as soon as one signs on.  So easy to pick up and latch on to a topic when its current.

Anyway - Kudos to our journeyman posters!!

Yes - tribute to the Journeyman Poster  - but also a big thumbs down to those posters who are only posting just for the sake of getting credits.

These are what I would term the Plonker posters! - and usually just puts up one liners.

The good journeyman poster will ADD to a thread - a Plonker deducts from it.

And then there is the guy who posts to his own posts, using two posts or more when one would do, just to run up his Karma count.

I think the forums would work better if points didn't start accruing at all until a poster had logged at least one review.

I love reading other peoples comments...( Only the relevent ones..) I especially love replying to bros who comment on threads that i submit...

It is a good way for bros to get to know each other and express their views plus share info.....I have had the pleasure of getting to know some decent bros in this forum...( Yeah..Sex addicts...) ..And i frequently chat with them through PMs and threads...No names mentioned but Newbies through to seniors...They have gained my respect regardless of rank..

But what really " PISSES" me off is one liners..( Example ..Thanks for your report, Thank you for sharing.)..Which has "FUCK" all relevent and is "TOTAL BOLLOCKS"

And i hate "KARMA WHORES" who post "DICKLESS" comments in order to advance...

It doesn't matter if your english is any good...We have reports on this forum who bros have been kind enough to share their experiences...Who's english is not their second language.....We fellow bros in this forum pull together and "HELP" that bro in question make his report understandable to the fellow bros...

If you look back in the forum affairs section..You will see me asking questions on how to conduct myself in this forum..( It has an RA on it...And "NO"..I was not getting "FLAMED" by the seniors..)

So "NEWBIES" to the forum..Don't be disencouraged..( Is that a word..Ahh..Fuck you know what i mean..) If you are unsure or have a question...Then don't hesitata to PM one of the senior bros...( Fuck..I had 6 PMs when i logged on today..)  We seniors are here to help and guide you...

Especially appreciate the inputs of senior members like yourself, Rico and D'art who really do not need any more karmas (heck there're only what 30 members with more credits - so what? We need to get RA so high as to only be able to talk to 30 OTHERS??).

Yes, THERE ARE  members who for whatever reason, cannot/do not post reviews etc - but who nonetheless would like to be good contributing members and thus by necessity become "journeyman posters."  

And rather than just dismiss all of them - or worse, slap them around unneccessarily - that we all do our part to GUIDE AND  ENCOURAGE their proper/good conduct.

Let me see if I can make sense of this:

SEAJ posts a "Tribute" to his formerly "Journeyman" self, which he feels is not self aggrandizing now that he has made "King" status by posting half of the 466 posts in the Fight Club thread as posts to his own posts, sometimes 3-5 deep.

And at the same time SEAJ accuses Banger of being concerned with self-edification for calling bullshit on SEAJ bragging that he had single handedly changed all of Sex141, to quote SEAJ himself:  "Me-thinks that my long winded round-about methods has achieved my desired results in that I now hardly see any seniors throwing their weight around abusively;  and that without having to actually "call them out."

I think the other members in here deserve more respect and less condescension than that.  Just because someone can make King status in two short month by posting long, multi-post strings and no reviews doesn't mean they deserve King status.  Karma points and respect are two very different things.  You can game your way into one, but not the other.

Precisely - that is what posters who donot/cannot post reviews do.  And if he is a good "journeyman" then his posting does make others' threads all that more interesting.

This is why I pay tribute to these GOOD "Journeyman posters" and am taking the opportunity to at the same time, make others aware that there ARE these members here who just cannot do reviews (for whatever reason), and that we could do whatever we can, to guide and encourage them towards good contribution.

And conversely also chastise them when we see that they're starting off on the wrong path/guide them back.

Sorry I hurt your feelings.  Patting yourself on the back with multiple posts to your own posts is poor form.  Instead of making one post you make 4 in a row, constantly gaming the system until you build up a pile of spam 1100 repetitive posts long.  1100 copycat posts and not a single review, and then you congratulate yourself on what a great and senior poster you are?  And you condescend to those of us who DO post reviews?

I think maybe you're much simpler than a Karma whore, I think maybe you're just a common troll and you post all this nonsense just to pique and offend.  You gamed the system by posting hundreds of multiple responses within the Fight Club string because you knew you couldn't get negged there.  Once you hit King and had a defensible point base you come back out here in the rest of the Forum and continue on with replying to your own posts multiple times.

I'm just calling it like I see it.  If that pisses you off perhaps you should change your ways.  I've had the good graces not to neg you, partly because I'm reluctant to neg anyone, but also because the last time the group gave you negative karma you were such a whiner it was painful to watch.  But given your abuse of the system here you don't deserve King status or the respect of the Forum.

It took me three years to post my first review of a girl on 141. Reasons were, the last three years I had a slow internet connection at home. With all the pictures and active X, 141 is extremely slow loading.  You need a fast computer and fast internet. Then surfing porn sites at work or at school is illegal.  It's monitored.  

I think its about the same for member freespeak, 3 years for his frist post. I don't know his reasons why.
