Sex games (ex. Hentai games) actually put you in the driver's seat, and you dictate what sex actions you want to do, etc. Hope this makes sense.... And like pornaddy said, sex games are only for the PC.... Consoles games have to be approved by the console makers, and get their maturity rating thingy.... The console makes won't put out any "Adult" games.... because of the limited sales it will provide, and because they don't want to be associated with porn....

(from Illusion) In terms of design and positions, it's probably one of the most controllable 3D game out there.... The storyline and title is what makes it a rape game. Otherwise it's just a game of sexual positions with 3 girls. I tried it, because a mod community got English translations for the controls, etc. It's actually a wonder, from a gaming standpoint (in regards to controllability, graphics for it's time, etc.) Very strange and scary from a moralistic standpoint (regarding it's storyline). Though, coming from Japan, I guess it's not so strange... from schoolgirl fetish, bukakke, golden showers, scat, rape, etc. in their porn selection.... I'm actually surprised there isn't more of this type of game...
