#1 Post at 13-1-2010 14:10  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Police Check Had this experience recently: Was visiting an HG and as we were done and taking the post shower, she had a call from the agent that there is a police check going on at the hotel - so we had to turn off the shower water real quick, switch off all the lights, and lay low in the bed! Had to stay in bed with her for an additional hour before the all clear to leave!! Has anyone a similar experience? Wonder what would have happened if the cops did enter the room??!!

If they caught you and they were on a "Yellow sweep" me-thinks you'd be up the creek without a paddle.  And the"penalties" differs NOT only depending on "mission" but also for different locations, circumstances, etc. A friend was just telling me he got visited by the Hotel manager with a couple PSB blue boys in tow at 9:45 am and he luckily wasn't doing nothing - but they still made a cursory check around.  So yes, the China LE's do make random checks for whatever reason. And errrr.... nice little bonus hour for you eh? SEAJ

The main things about the laws regarding prostitution in HK are: 1) Laws against the keeping of a vice establishment (so brothels etc...) 2) Living off the earnings of a prostitute (so the agent) 3) Solicitation of sex 4) Arrangement of sex with 2 or more women (i.e. threesomes) - twiceAweek is right except that point 4 should be related to point 1, but let me rephrase to be clearer: A premises or place becomes a vice establishment if it is used wholly or mainly by 2 or more persons for the purposes of prostitution (Cap.200, Crimes Ordinance, Section 117(3)(a)) And for the girl, it would be working in HK without a visa. True experience: A HG was with a customer. Police raid. With proper warrant, they identified the gal's room via front desk. Door unlocked by the hotel personnel escorted by the police. Customer in the room admit he is paying for sex due to fear of getting into further trouble. custosmer released from the room. HG got nothing to say but admit her wrongdoing. So what if that customer exchange real names just like you and not admitting to the police? The question is will u say yes opr no under this situation? So go figure out the answer again. In your case, if it was a police raid, the agent would have instruct the gal and you to get the fuck out of the hotel. Why still hide in the room? Your legal sense seems to be much more then mine ... am I correct what what I said ?

Really didn't want to give, but really wanted to see the WG, so i gave them my overseas driver's license. That made me uncomfortable. So if the police came knocking ..wouldn't know what to do ..
