How to train for a sex marathon?

I'll be having five days of nonstop (I hope) sex in a few weeks.

My goal is to be able to orgasm 5 times a day, and get it up even more times than that. I've done that in the past, but I was a bit younger then, so who knows...

In the days leading up to the marathon, should I train by getting used to cumming many times in one day? Or should I save it up for a few days?

Any other tips welcome. Not interested in viagra or other chemical methods.

Do weights, eat lots of protein, save it up for a few days, buy some Brands Chicken Essence..mixed on bottle with one raw egg, drink it one gulp 3 times a day.  Do this during you mongering trip.  Good luck and enjoy.

not too difficult, as long as it's 5 different hot ladies.

I think Post #3 by Bro SFM seems to sum it quite nicely.

Definitely need to be rested the few days prior to the marathon. Or else, little bro won't even function after all the pre-marathon ejaculation. And be prepared to be wasted for few days after the marathon.

Protein is the way to go as most bros have pointed out.
You may want to consider having some kebab type/
barbequed meat kind of food in between the 5 runs.


Easy to digest not like a full meal and your body takes it
in quickly enough for you to line up your next shot at goal.

I would recommend taking a 24 hours break in the middle of your marathon to give your body some badly needed rest.  Then you will find you will be able to maintain the hard-bonking energy for the 2nd half of the marathon.  If you do the whole marathon continuously for 5 days, you will find yourself flagging on the 4th and 5th day, you may hurt yourself (who knows break your dick or rub your dick skin raw), and you may get a bad cold that will keep you out of action for a week or two afterwards.  Your friend will enjoy the rest too.  

Also besides the diet and exercise advice the other bros have advised so far, I would recommend you sleep well and dont drink alcohol for a week to give your body to detox completely and to be fully-energized for the marathon.

Raw eggs sounds dangerous to me. And if protein is the answer, powdered whey protein is the most efficient way to get plenty. Just mix it in a slurpy with bananas and skimmed milk.
