How much time do you think they spend photoshopping a pic?  There seems to be a common fad for turning girls' faces into anime caricatures, that's got to take a lot of time (unless photoshop has added an "Anime This" tool )  I'll bet it's faster with the boobs, but the face?  That's got to take some serious time.

I was once a prominent employee at a (once) famous company that dealt with taking uploaded pictures and printing them.  There was a QA guy whose primary role was to QA uploaded images and make sure nothing obscene got printed.  Just for "verification purposes" he used to always send me the rejected pictures, and let me tell you, there were some wild and disgusting ones.  The point is, I think after a while you just either get jaded and the pics do nothing for you.

what ever the job is, they do it for living.  And maybe that is the best job on earth..
