Many years ago when I started in this hobby I worried and stressed about getting a BBBJ from a WG instead of a CBJ and the risk of disease.  Suffice to say, I quickly got over that fear!      And for many years the common wisdom on the internet (wisdom?  Did I say there was 'wisdom' on the internet?? ) was that there wasn't anything you could catch from a BBBJ that would kill you and that holds true today, (although we're all well aware that any of the mainstream nasties (clap, syphilis, herpesetc.) can be got from a BBBJ).  

Now here's the question: since every CBJ I've gotten from a WG involves her 'hiding' the condom in her mouth and getting it good and soaked with saliva before she rolls it on me with her lips and tongue (btw, nice technique girls! ), does that mean my weiner is getting MORE exposure to whatever is in her mouth and now sealed in and mashed into my skin by the oh-too-tight condom?  Wouldn't I have just been safer to stop her with the condom and say, "Hold on there Honey, you know using a condom for a BJ isdownright dangerous!"

I think this needs a clinical trial . . .

to simplify things ... if your worried about what in her mouth, why don't you just place the rubber on yourself ?

Is this something that stopped recently with WG's? Never heard of a WG having to "hide" a rubber
in their mouth - why wouldnt they just put it in their mouth when theyre ready to put
it on your johnny?

It's more of a U.S. thing.  When you go to an AMP in the States the girls exit the room for a minute and return with a rubber tucked inside her cheek like a chaw of tobacco.  By the time she's washed and scrubbed you, massaged you and flipped you over for the BJ warm up she's had the dang thing soaking in her mouth for, like, 10 minutes.

So I figure what the hell, it's more risk getting the CBJ than the BBJ on account of your weiner being wrapped up with a saliva soaked rubber that your dick now gets to marinate in.

1. Putting the condom on by hand for CBJ is the safest option.

I have always thought that the mouth was a pretty unlikely place for transfer, unless you have a cut in your mouth that allows direct access to the bloodstream. But as for transfering something nasty into a condom, not sure...

I would think that the increased risk is minimal and the old rules of common sense apply.

BTW - I've never come across this. I've had a few put a condom on with their mouth, but they always position it between their lips and put it straight on. Just how common is this??

If a girl's teeth gets in the way when sucking, which happens a lot for the big dick / small mouth situation, it could lead to a breakage of condom and yes could be more dangerous when it comes time for the main course.

i think some of the primary concerns with the BBBJ is not her saliva but maybe possibly some open sores and whatnot which the head of your penis is constnatly rubbing against during the BBBJ.  i have been with a couple of wg's who has done what you stated where they had the condom in her mouth and applied it during the BJ.  i was a little concerned about it at first, but i figured its still safer then if there wasnt a dom on.

I agree that saliva is not where the potential exposure is.  If anything the constant production of saliva will keep washing mouth germs down the gastrointestinal tract.  Therefore, soaking a condom in a girl's herpes filled mouth for 10 minutes and then slapping that thing on your unit for another 20 minutes of vigorous banging has actually got to increase your exposure.  That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

The condom in the mouth is very, very common amongst AMPs in the U.S. and I'm surprised it's not more common in HK, considering where most of our WGs in the U.S. come from.  The girls find all kinds of ways to use this trick.  For example when she has you face down on the table and is rimming you (in a U.S. AMP), she's actually using her tongue in the condom so it's not a BB rim at all.  Then she flips you and slides the shit-soaked-saliva-soaked-herpes-infested condom on you before mounting you cowgirl.

yes. the condom in mouth trick is used in pretty much every KMP ( korean massage parlor) in nyc.
bbj is extremely rare in nyc KMP scene.
they do it to trick you into thinking you are getting bbj in the beginning.
