Like craigslist?  Over here in NYC, we have AMP for HJs, latina quickie houses that cost like 40-50 USD, older Chinese providers who offer services for 80 and the usual Chinese providers who offer services for 100-150.  I sometimes go after the higher end ones but it's just really difficult to swallow the pricing, I mean if I never had to go to China or HK for work, I would just be oblivious like the rest of the NYers who pay full price.
