headed to Vietnam in Hanoi and HCMC this month. Anybody have any intel or advice for these areas? I want to be more prepared than I was last time. I've read some of the reports here, but there isn't too much.

I just went to HCMC in January! Tru NPK street, really awesome for a quick BBBJ! I tried massage queen just behind, but that was a bust (I just posted a message in Rest of the world forum for more info). I haven't tried more than that as I was there only for a 12 hours lay-over. But you can also try Japanese town. I didn't make it to there, but it's full of the cutest girls in HCMC (prepare a deep wallet tough)

User Lawlumad made a good Vietnam guide for beginner. Also I suggest using online website to find girl for example gaito. I highly recommend installing the app "Grab" and "google translate" if you don't speak the local language. I been to Vietnam like 5 times already. Got my money stolen by a russian local, got my new phone I just bough grab out of my hand from a guy driving a motorcycle at night. All that happen on my first trip to Vietnam and I went back 4 more time afterward because Vietnam is the best country I went to so far to play around. If you got any other questions about Vietnam just ask me. I also have good restaurant recommendation.  

BTW how long are you planning to stay there for?
Is the goal of the trip to just stay in HCMC and play around or you here to travel and experience the culture?
Do you speak the language?
Do you have a friend who can just show you around?

- No local friends, since its a business trip

Tet, their new year is this month. Many of the Viet girls have already gone home and will only start streaming back slowly after a few weeks.

i forgot what the local site is for HCM but its similar to FiwFans in Thailand.
You pay local rates instead of the higher foreigner rates.

There aren't any gogo's to my recollection in Vietnam like there are in Thailand.
There are beer bars n stuff but super hit or miss IMO.

Prices overall are def cheaper in VN than other SEA countries ive been to.

But where it shines ... is the access to relatively affordable HIGH-END model escorts you can get in HCM.
I tried one and it was $500 all in and god damn she was like a runway model.
It was through a local buddy who referred me.
Had to take her out to dinner first and then $500 on top.
But dinner was relatively inexpensive so perhaps $600 all in.
This was also ALL night.

For $600, you def cant get the same level of model in the states and maybe in Thailand if you go upwards of $1000 for the same amount of time.

Sorry wish i had more links/contacts. Only visited HCM a few times for work and one time for leisure where a local buddy hooked it all up
