In most places, the girl will just lie to you so why bother asking? Can’t expect those who are not testing regularly to admit to their negligence.

Also, it depends on where you are punting. In Bangkok, healthcare is easy accessible, testing more common and the big luxury soapies are licensed places that do mandatory std testing. Not so much for Indonesia & the Philippines.

You also have to factor in whether BBFS is commonly offered in the establishment.  Even in pristine Japan, many THC girls offer BBFS and standard STD tests cannot detect very recent infections. Anyway I’m skeptical whether Tokyo Hentai Club even does std testing. In Bangkok’s super lux Maria and Black Caviar where std testing is really done, the girls there will almost never offer BBFS for fear of failing the std tests.

My advice is to learn to recognize std symptoms on yourself and have a Plan B on what to do if you get an STD. For example, know which discreet clinic to seek treatment at or if that is not possible - know where to buy STD test kits and treatment drugs.

I've never met a WG that openly says they don't get tested.
And it might kill the mood if you're demanding them to share results.
Even if they do... unless it was a test & result within the same day.... would you still trust it?

WG could have gotten tested few days ago and gotten a clean result back... but been with 20 other mongers since then.

Best bet is honestly to get yourself tested frequently depending on how often you partake and what kind of WGs you frequent.

Personally i keep myself tested every 2-3 weeks when im actively partaking in the hobby... especially if going bare.

If you're frequenting establishments like a HK in TJ for example... girls definitely get tested there.
I even dropped off 1 chick after a weekend getaway at the testing facility to pick up her results LOL
