Many of the escort agency sites (smooci, bkkescortservice.com, etc. )
State something similar to:
Cancellation policy
Cancellation on arrival 1,000 THB.
or
A cancellation fee for any reason once the escort(s) arrived is 1,000 THB (per escort) for the escort(s) travel expenses.
I understand there are dumb-asses who will make "prank" bookings or such and I think they should pay a cancellation fee for wasting the provider's time/preventing her from attending another booking, etc.
However, it is a given fact that a lot of the posted pictures are heavily photoshopped, pictures of completely different women and other shenanigans.
While one might pay to avoid being blacklisted or worse, that isn't the question. The question is IF a provider/agency posts pictures of the provider that are MCOT 2 (see attached pic) but the provider that arrives is NMCOT (see attached pic), is it reasonable for the agency/provider to demand a cancellation fee when they materially misrepresented the provider?
