If you look up a building on the Gal' DB, such as Phoenix in CWB,

Unfortunately, if there is no advertisement for anyone in the building, there appears to be no way to access this information. This is unfortunate, as some of the large walkup buildings, such as Fuji and King Hing, don't have anyone advertising at the moment (I recall they did a few years ago).
Is there some clever way to access this information? On threads like this
