I agree with Kennichi that it was almost certainly a female condom which is very loose and applied into the vagina by finger. Semi hard penis should also do the job.
A word about "plastic". Most condoms are made of latex and can be damaged by oil. So, using latex condoms after an oil massage is very unsafe, almost equivalent to bareback. That's why places like K2 use plastic oral dams for BJ after massage. Those oral dams are made of polystryrene and are oil resistant. The spas do it to protect their girls. But if the girl is stupid you should know how to protect yourself too. This doesn't apply to nuru though, because the nuru gel is water-based.
Oil resistant condoms, made of polyurethane, are available but you need to specifically look for them. Most girls don't bother to, so you can assume the condoms provided by the girls are all latex-based. Polyurethane condoms also tend to break more easily than the latex ones especially the ridiculously thin ones such as 0.01. That's why latex is still being used.
