Not sure about "sexual fetishism" but "tender bottom sweep" should be scratching your ass with nails. Don't take the advert literally via the ad. Instead go to their door, ring the bell and ask for the service you want. They will say if it's possible or not since the ads are most likely not written by them so they may have no idea what services are advertised for them.

For European girls, it's mostly Russia / Ukraine and you can normally find them in Fuji building.
