The 141 walkup type providers are generally limited to operating out of tenement buildings with affordable subdivided units and easy access.  Areas that lack tenement style housing, such as the new towns which simply have large public and private estates, likewise lack walkup WGs.

Thus my question, has anyone ever heard of a provider operating out of a village house?  There are several areas with high densities of village houses that are adjacent large new towns.  For example, south of Tin Shui Wai and between there and Tuen Mun, west of Tai Po on the way to Yuen Long through the mountains (and really all around Yuen Long), plus village houses in Tung Chung and Mui Wo on Lantau.  To me, would be a really cool change from the typical walkup to do it in a proper village house.

Kind of a random question and somewhat doubt any such exists as I've never seen any info about it here, but thanks for any response.
