FYR, 全解 means fully naked. Sometimes 高清 will include fully naked as well.

Is there a code word for full service? Is it P3?

I guess it really depends on the 全解 means 解甲 (removing armor, meaning removing clothes/naked) or 解鎖 (unlocks, which means getting an upgrade in service). But most of the time it's referring to the former I believe, as unlocks are usually discussed in person and less on ads.
