Unfortunately, and this is just my understanding, in order to avoid retaliations in case of bad reports, they don't use the exact names of the spas/buildings etc.
Instead they use synonyms, translations, etc. For example 'WE Spa' becomes the chinese translation of 'WE (us)' in the reports.
Those tricks make it very difficult to understand which place they are referring to if you don't speak the slang.

I found what seems to be an explanation for the puzzle, but could not make sense of it. Can anyone understand and explain how this system works ?

其實我都講過，想搵唔難，首先，知道場名，就可以去：

1） 上置頂，跟地區搵，冇就以下方法
2） TG本身個Search功能，如果打啱名，佢又係公開嘅，就好易搵到
3） 上4台，揀啱類型，spa=水療，搵地區，易搵，但就可能只得電話
4） 最後都係搵唔到，上Google，用名 + Telegram search，好多都會見到，因為TG link 本身就係一條Public Link，要搵真係唔難
5） 以上都搵唔到，就只有靠你平時同人吹水，有禮貌嘅，好傾少少，PM問吓人，相信都好多人會答你，但飛雲除外，謝謝

Am I corrected, a person needs to create an account before join these group.

I hit the green button for "JOIN GROUP" and nothing.

Yes there are usually 3 letters for each spa. There is a listing for all the spa about 30.
I saw it once on a wechat grp I am on.  The grp is private and a person only can be added by the headmaster.

Once I had a TG account, there didn't seem to be any restriction joining the group... Just can't write to it.

Sorry, I don't have it. Basically, it like for first three letters are for the spa's name. Then a set  of number for the girl.
Most of iist changes ever few months because of LE.  Places are added and deleted every few months.

For example, JHG999, JHG is for a spa in in Luohu, Shenzhen.  The girl's number was 999.  I had this girl, 999 at JHG in 2017.
I have a OLD rpt on her. I want her again since she have some of the biggest tits for a young girl.  She's one girl in 1,000 for me.

There are also a 3 number index for the girl, for what she does. Like, 667 means something like CIM, HJ or FS and

good service in a report.

After thinking about it , my problem might be I am using a computer.  I will try to use a cell phone, to first

create and then add the group.  Sorry my Chinese is very very basic and there are two version of Chinese writing,

simplified and traditional.

Can't write to it might be you need to add an app for writing in Chinese.
