Some of the established “spas” are saying on their Telegram channels that although they cannot update their ads, their customer service lines are still open for inquiries.
I don’t know whether they are taking the risk of operating on their own premises and being raided or instead offering outcall service, e.g. to hourly inns, which would get around the official restrictions. Who knows, in some cases the usual on-premises prohibition on full service might also be inapplicable.
