Never done this before, I am looking to try it out on HK island. I was thinking of just starting with a experience at one of the spas, but im not sure. Any recommendations for first timers?

I'm no pro, but here you go:

Walk-ups
I had my first ever punt in a walk-up on HK island, because I wanted to pick and choose my girl for my "virgin punt". Some of the walk-up buildings have 100+ WGs working during peak period. However, these days, the walk-up scene is pretty much dead since PRCs can no longer come in using the tourist visa. Currently for walk-ups you have Ruskies, Thais, local HKer (rare, usually older?) and others (and possibly PRCs who have localised here for long?). Cheap and mostly for bros looking to just hump and dump. Also, walk-up beds are small and might not be the cleanest, so be aware.

Spa
I suspect spa / massage might be fun for you, start off with a massage and build chemistry with the girl before deciding whether you want FS with her. The only disadvantage for spas you get to choose from a smaller pool of WGs, but from other brother's review it seems like there are some gems around, check it out.

In-call (from online directory, advertisements on sugarbook)
Not sure if in-call is your thing, but I generally fear the B&S (Bait and Switch) so I have never tried in-call (unless it's someone i'm already familiar with)

Hotel girls
I've never tried one, because I'm also fearful of the B&S and generally cost a bit more and I don't get to see the WG first. But HGs have less mileage and hotels feel cleaner so, depends on what you are looking for.

Maids
Otherwise, you can try hooking domestic helpers. It feels less commercial and less of a punt. @Original Poster - there are some other reviews of maid parade in the Free lancer section, go check it out how they hook it.

Hong Kong was my first attempt at punting only a couple of years ago.  The walk-ups make me nervous for some reason. I do like spa massages. I get referrals from friends and thanks to this site and other review sites, I can find out about the women and facility conditions and location.  Some have normal business websites so you can read and see more before going over.  I do enjoy the spas if they have a true spa facility.

I have done the bar girls scene.  Be aware that you end up paying a lot of drinks that cost too much more than yours, and they always try to negotiate a higher price than what you would get at walk-ups.  You need to pick a woman, buy a small number of drinks, negotiate a price and then go back to your place.  Go in with a plan.  You do have to keep your valuables safe just in case, because you never know.  However, a woman who is a regular at the bar is not inclined to steal from you otherwise they are banned from the bar because a patron complains.

Lastly, if it feels like a bad situation go with that feeling and walk away.  Always trust your street smarts.

Depends on what you like and how much you're willing to spend.  And if you're solo or with friends. Are you looking for a type of experience or you just want to fuck and leave?  Everybody has a different preference, I know this from going punting with friends

Personally for your first punt, I would suggest to stay away from Walk-ups.  ONLY cus theres a higher chance it could be a bad punt.  Theres just too many variables where the experience could be bad.. I've had girls with shitty service.. ones that wouldnt kiss.. no sucking on tits.. no playing with LS.. etc.  or just bitch attitude once you walk in the door.  Or even the dreaded "clock-watcher". Also I think walk-ups for first timers (even if they've punted before) is a little bit intimidating.  I've taken many friends visiting and they're always hesitant and need my encouragement to pick a girl.  

Spas and saunas on the other hand usually cost more, but the girls will also try to make sure you have a good time so you dont bitch to their boss about it.  And they would care to give you better service because they have a reputation to uphold.  You also get a nice relaxing massage to get you into the mood rather than just jumping straight into the action.  Just my 2 cents.

In my opinion, erotic massage is the best "gateway drug" to punting in Hong Kong. There are numerous massage parlours in Hong Kong; some of the more upmarket ones are in Central, your region of choice. Once you have "crossed the line" into the land of paid sex, you will feel more comfortable with the other choices.

My first was a year ago and was a walk up and was a disaster. Couldn't even get hard.  But I figured it just might be the girl.  So I tried again.  Walked back and forth down that New Lucky House hall so many times.  When I finally rang the bell and the girl opened the door she said I wondered when you would finally come in.  She'd been watching me on the CCTV the whole time.  Then she said,  "You fuck me now" and it was amazing and I haven't looked back.  

My recommendation to you is try the part timers category. You can often get Honey Girl quality at walk-up prices and sometimes even in nice small apartments.
