CZ=che zhen（车震）: translates to Car Shock

Someone correct me if I am wrong but the Car could mean Headlights (Boobs) and the reference may be a bit obvious...

That is the literal meaning, which is not the way it is used here. That particular term didn't give me any trouble as I am pretty sure of its meaning. However, if you doubt the translation, please consult with a native on the ground (if you are in China). If you speak Chinese, though, please see this:

Finally figured out 野戰: this means to have outdoor sex.

For 本狼, I think this means the girl is from HK.
